#OOTD: The Factory

Hello! I feel bad for not posting and I'm super sorry! I shot 2 OOTD posts in one night at like midnight after I got off work because of it; expect the other post later this week. I wore this outfit to a book launch for my friend who was part of 512Stew, a group of UT Design Majors. I got to meet a lot of cool people and visited the nearby gallery on their campus as well which was quite inspiring.

I kinda stole the show with my outfit and I felt bad because I didn't even mean to; I had planned this outfit the night before I was even invited but I don't think I made any of my friends upset, thankfully.

OOTD: Salute

My friend Robby came over and we decided to do a quick shoot (I didn't even wear this today shh don't tell anyone). We took the photos by the power plant on my campus where I took my senior photos and I ended up climbing in a chute that I wasn't supposed to as you can see below. It was pretty sketchy. I've worn this outfit before but never documented it anywhere so I decided to just redo it because cute. I also can't stop incorporating the Margiela for H&M clutch into outfits so it's here as well. H&M Opening and Margiela Collab

So I live in Austin, Texas and we recently got an H&M (November 17th)!

There are a couple in Houston and Dallas but, believe it or not, there has never been one in Austin!

I was so pumped for its opening that I got there at 10 p.m. The store didn't open until noon the next day....that was 14 hours of waiting (and 2 attempted hours of sleeping in 39 degree weather). I thought I would be fine wearing tights underneath my jeans and a fur coat but BOY WAS I WRONG. It was so cold.

H&M was being generous and bussing people from the University of Texas campus to the store ALL DAY

If you can't tell, I only went for the Margiela collection which was the reason why I waited outside for so long. I was terrified of things selling out but apparently nobody in Texas knows what Margiela is. Both people on the sides of me in line were confused when I mentioned the line and asked me to explain (I'm sorry what!!) I couldn't understand why people would wait at a store overnight just for the gift card. The first 500 people in line were given scratch offs that ranged from $10 - $500 and the first 100 people, which included me, were given goodie bags with things like a shirt and a toiletry bag. Thanks H&M! :*
